About Us

Optimum Operations Strategies is a technical services company based in Soweto, working with manufacturers around South Africa. We look after the equipment and control systems that keep a plant running: maintenance, mechanical and electrical work, installation and commissioning, and electrical panel building. Optimizing operations and maximizing results is the whole point of the work, not a tagline we added later.

The way we work is simple. We get to know how your plant runs, we service equipment before it fails, and we turn up quickly when something breaks. Most of the people we deal with are factory and operations managers, and they tend to judge us on one thing: whether the line is running. That suits us.
